Our Story

Rooted in Texas,
Raised with Care

Nestled along FM 120 on the outskirts of Denison, Summit Oaks Vineyard began as a family dream to bring world-class viticulture to North Texas. What started with a handful of vines and a vision has blossomed into one of the region's most celebrated wine destinations.

Our estate spans over 500 acres of rolling terrain, where the mineral-rich red clay soil and favorable microclimate produce grapes of exceptional character. Each varietal is hand-tended, carefully harvested, and crafted in small batches to honor the land that grows them.
